  • Sales Manager - North Africa show details
    Job Purpose
    Pilosio is hiring! We are enforcing our commercial structure hiring a Sales Manager for North Africa! The sales manager will be responsible for managing the assigned area, maintaining a long term relationship with clients and maximizing sales opportunities.
    Scope of the position
    • 1. Defining account market business strategy and action plan;
    • 2. Monthly forecast of expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
    • 3. Business development with new and existing key clients
    • 4. Preparing and presenting economical proposals to the client
    • 5. Promoting Pilosio’s products and advising the customers about the most cost-effective formwork and scaffolding solutions
    • 6. Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions, (i.e. technical , production and controlling dept)
    Skills and requirements:
    • 1 Diploma or Civil Engineering degree
    • 2 At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the formwork and scaffolding business. We will consider also candidate coming from building and construction sector
    • 3 Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English, a second language is a plus
    • 4 Proactive approach
    • 5 Willing to travel, site activities are required
  • Sales Manager – Bahrein and KSA show details
    Job Purpose
    the sales manager is responsible for managing clients, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them
    Scope of the position
    • Defining market business strategy and action plan for assigned market (Bahrein and KSA): establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales budget for assigned clients
    • Business development with new and existing clients. (Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors).
    • Preparing and presenting economical proposals to the client. (Conducting sales meetings with clients and negotiating contracts that are profitable for Pilosio).
    • Promoting Pilosio products and advising the customers about the most cost-effective formwork and scaffolding solutions
    • Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions, (i.e. technical department, production department)
    • Ensuring client satisfaction during all project
    Skills and requirements:
    • Diploma or Civil Engineering degree
    • At least 8 years of sales experience preferably in the formwork and scaffolding business.
    • Knowledge and experience of Oil&Gas Sector. We will consider also candidate coming from construction sector.
    • Deep knowledge of construction sector – scaffolding products
    • High level of energy and ability to work independently
  • Head of engineering show details
    Job Purpose
    The Head of Engineering and R&D is responsible for the coordination of all the proposals, research and development activities. S/he is going to manage the assigned staff in Pilosio Group, and to support sales managers in project discussion with customers.
    Scope of the position
    • Member of the Group Management Team
    • Reporting directly to the CEO
    • International project management of the group's key projects worldwide
    • Managing Corporate Engineering as well as Heads of Engineering in the branches
    • Setting corporate R&D goals together with the Management Team and managing R&D resources
    • Proactive involvement from tendering through project acquisition
    • Project monitoring and controlling
    • Contract and change order management
    Skills and requirements:
    • Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
    • 10+ years of experience in Technical Department/R&D (construction/site experience)
    • 5+ years of management experience
    • Experience with Formwork and Falsework as well as heavy duty support systems
    • Profound knowledge in structural design
    • Excellent Italian and/or English communication and negotiation skills
    • High willingness to travel

    Job Purpose
    Vendita di prodotti e sistemi Pilosio grazie all’attuazione di piani di vendita, responsabile dell’ottenimento di risultati proficui per l’azienda
    Scope of the position
    Business area:Nord - Centro - Sud Italia
    • Stabilire obiettivi di vendita annuale e raggiungerli per la zona assegnata; reportistica di fatturato previsto e profitto per i prodotti esistenti e nuovi
    • Attuare programmi di vendita nella zona di competenza, sviluppando piani di azione sul campo
    • Mantenere ed incrementare il volume delle vendite, mix di prodotto, e prezzo di vendita + identifica e sviluppa clienti nuovi ed esistenti per espandere attività
    • Identificare i potenziali clienti
    • Corresponsabile del recupero credito (analisi preventiva solvibilità del cliente)
    • Coordinarsi con ufficio tecnico al fine di ottenere preventivi, trasmetterli al cliente e seguire il follow-up del processo.
    • Negoziare e finalizzare i contratti

    • Diploma di Geometra
    • 3-5 anni di esperienza professionale, non solo in funzione di vendita, ma anche in campo tecnico. Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza dei sistemi di ponteggio e di casseforme

    • Proattività
    • Buone capacità di utilizzo degli strumenti informatici e del pacchetto Office

    Job Purpose
    Design and development of safe and efficient scaffolding, formwork and shoring solutions
    Scope of the position
    • Provide the most cost-effective, safe and efficient scaffolding, formwork, and shoring solution.
    • Capacity to analyze and evaluate quickly the project.
    • Ability to work independently
    • Estimating material cost and providing material lists for quotations and deliveries
    Skills and requirements:
    • Civil engineer, experience is a plus
    • Native Italian or English speaker will be preferred for this position.
    • Responsible, self-motivated, flexible.
    • Very good communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets
    • Ability to work individually and in a team environment on standard and major projects

    Job Purpose
    Il candidato si occuperà del monitoraggio e della funzionalità dell’infrastruttura informatica dell’azienda, sia degli uffici che dell’area produttiva.
    Scope of the position
    Il candidato dovrà garantire la corretta configurazione, installazione e manutenzione dei sistemi, gestire gli account utente e l’help desk per problemi di funzionamento HW-SW o eventuali guasti, individuare possibili modifiche di sistema per sfruttare al massimo le potenzialità dello stesso e/o per la risoluzione di eventuali problematiche.
    Skills and requirements:
    • Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 2 anni in attività di gestione e manutenzione di infrastrutture IT.
    • Laurea in scienze matematiche o informatiche.
    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese per supporto diretto alle sedi estere.
