Italian contractors association’s 2014 survey: the italian companies increase their business turnover abroad.

Good news from the Italian Contractors Association’s 2014 survey, which has been presented today in Rome. The event hosted the participation of Deputy Foreign Ministry Hon. Lapo Pistelli, Deputy Ministry of Economic Development Hon.Carlo Calenda and executives from the largest italian companies.

The international turnover of the italian construction companies in 2013 recorded a solid 8,6% of increase (total value: € 9,5 Billion).

The values of the new contracts secured in 2013 was in excess of € 17 Billion.
Overall, 797 construction sites in 87 different countries with total contract value of € 70 Billion and a backlog of € 40 Billion were active in 2013.
