The MINIMAG formworks belong to Class 7 according to prEN 15113-1 standards.
Maximum resistance to the pressure of fresh concrete is 60 kN/m².

In order to ensure high quality standards and durability, the frame in high tensile steel, after undergoing the processes of degreasing and cleaning, is coated by dipping and drying in an oven at 130 °. The result is a frame highly resistant to abrasion and oxidation.
The plywood panel is 15 mm thick with phenol film surface protection (220 g / m²). Consisting of 11 layers of birch, the protected panel has a moisture absorption of zero. The edges are protected with paint and it can be used up to 70 times per side. It weighs 9.6 kg / m².
The MINIMAG system can be combined with MAGNUM panels ( large surface formworks) using an adjustable clamp, for greater flexibility and productivity.
The formwork system MINIMAG was designed and built in Pilosio workshops according to the prEN 15113-1 / 206 “Vertical formwork – Part 1 performance requirements, general design and assessment.”

For the assembly of MINIMAG panels you need:
• 2 single counter tie rods for casting up to 3.0 m high at pressures of 60 kN / m² reducing shuttering and stripping time
• 2 connecting blocks to ensure perfect formwork alignment and rapid shuttering.
MINIMAG panels can be mounted inclined:

• maximum angle of 18° with D15 wingnut
• maximum angle of 13.5° with swivel clamp D15
