P300

It is a universal modular formwork system suitable for any type of site where vertical structures cast on site must be built. P300 panels are the best compromise between productivity and overhead cost savings.

They are simple and sturdy and thanks to their modularity they are suitable both for small medium-size sites and for large ones to build walls, bearing walls, pillars, single sided walls, plinths, and concrete pier caps.

Characteristics

Base panel 100×300 cm supplied with a few simple components, quick block connection to allow shuttering operations, rapid moving and re-shuttering. Coated frame and casting surface in high resistance Finnish plywood panel 18 mm thick to guarantee a high number of applications.

MATERIAL PROPERTIES
In order to guarantee high quality standards and durability, the tensile steel frame , after undergoing the processes of degreasing and cleaning, is coated by dipping and drying in an oven at 130 °. The result is a frame highly resistant to abrasion and oxidation.
The plywood panel is 18 mm thick with phenolic film surface protection (220 g / m²). Consisting of 13 layers of birch, the protective panel has a moisture absorption of zero. The edges are protected with paint and it can be used up to 100 times per side. It weighs 11.35 kg / m².

The formwork system P300 is designed and built in Pilosio workshops in accordance with prEN 15113-1 / 206 “Vertical formwork”
– Part 1 performance requirements, general design and assessment.”
