Bonnybrook – Wastewater treatment plant headworks facility

Pilosio solution

Construction of the 70 million dollar Bonnybrook Wastewater Treatment Plant Headworks Facility is underway with Pilosio providing P300 formwork to complete the straight walls and SVELT radial formwork to complete the complex curved sections along with few special steel forms. This project also calls for Pilosio’s T28 falsework shore tower system to complete all suspended concrete elements as gang towers for swift cycling while reducing manpower.

The attention to detail was considered during review for the solution to complete wall heights of 2.4m to 7.65m and with complex curves and pilaster corners. The suspended concrete elements also varied in thickness from 250mm to 550mm thick and heights of 2.67m to 7.65m. T28 falsework solution is designed to be stacked once the table-top has been removed the towers can easily be reconfigured to adapt to taller heights.

In today’s market skilled workers are few and far between and Pilosio‘s simplified products and solutions expertise will support the relationship developed through teamwork resulting in your project completion on schedule and on budget.
